I see them spammed every game now. They are really popular. In my most humble of opinions, these are lame. They should be rare and not something you see in varied form up from both sides until the first 30 minutes. Recon units and scouting should be how you make informed decisions. Click-here-for-maphack is really crutch design imho. It wasn't as bad back when you had AB and defensive providing 2-3 uses for whole team. Now every doctrine and its mutter has some kind of magic eye in the sky ability. It takes away skill from the game and replaces it with a button click.

It's not the normal damage offmaps that bother me, it's the "lol i see everything" offmaps combined with onmap arty.
