Grenades don't have higher damage at green cover. They get a bonus at negative/open cover. *Don't know now if it's in both of them*

same ability is in OMG mod, so i will tell how it works: super blob comes rapes and when any treat is coming blobs retreats to cpt who is near cct ( speed same as retreat off the map), and again super blob comes... Had experience to play vs 3 brits with same retreat to cpt strat trust me this is just stupid

Grenade vs cover:
Garrison = 2x dmg & acc
Halftrack, Heavy, Light, Smoke & Water = 1x (used to be HT)
Negative = 1.5 acc, 2x dmg, 1.25 suppression
Open = 1.25 acc, 1x dmg, 1 suppression.

I always assumed grenades were cover killerstroops.

67% at long range. It was around the 33% mark before the buff.

HVAP kicks it up to around the 87% mark.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.

Do they really need buffs?  I have no issues with them now.  Last game I played (and most of my 31 grens have LMGs now) my 3 man single LMG squad raped two riflemen squads with 4 Bars total.  I didn't lose a single guy and the squad killed all 12 AND suppressed them while his bars couldn't touch me.  Most of my grens usually earn around 20+ kills with a single LMG so what buffs do you think it needs?

Sadly I didn't save the replay, but ever since that game I've become a firm believer in the power of the single LMG and use it almost exclusively now.  Quite good for what it does at it's current price.

Dual LMG1919A6 are freaking lol. Two ranger squads with two of these LMG will deal a serious amount of damage against infantry.

Why can't the Airbornes by dual LMGs? T2 Unlock for a MG and a "useless" mine!?

Cause Airborne isn't a heavy anti-inf doctrine compared to US Infantry?  US Inf gets better AI while Airborne gets better AT (RRs).  I think thats a fair tradeoff?

well its more like Infantry has amazing AI with dual LMGs and triple bars. Not to mention great AT with +25% to ATG stats and some descent zook buffs.

While ABs RR damage is barely descent and they lack any AI abilities.

RRs do decent damage because they penetrate nearly every single shot. All low HP units are shredded to pieces with few volleys of those.

What Nightrain said, and also Airborne get access to LMGs, which are pretty amazing weapons.

Bazookas still can't penetrate frontal armor as reliably as RRs, even with TR,  Instead their main buff was they won't miss all the time now so you can try to score hits more often.  And triple BARs I've easily shut down with 1 man LMG squads with no problems.  Riflemen are a really weak platform.
