Sounds fine to me. I agree that the sectors should not go ABOVE their normally high value in regards to defence/support point multipliers.
People who "camp in spawn" need to be penalized more.

It wouldn't be so bad sat on the front lines if it weren't for the support points being kicked in the nuts. Really could use those forward outposts being implemented at the same time as any exp changes relative to warmap position.
