I am recruiting a team of crack investigators and litigators in order to bring the criminal, troll and belligerent loafer known as Tank (aka. the many horned bantha of the forums) to justice before the eyes of lady justice (aka. Lucifer) and the greater community.
This team must be prepared to fight for justice, liberty and the dream of a forum that isn't terrorized by blowhard snorlaxes. This team must be able to withstand attempted bribes of money and/or computer hardware. Also, this team must be able to withstand low-level thuggery and text-based temper tantrums no matter how many times these rants self-reference their creator's (alleged) moderator status.
Positions to be filled:
Chief Psychologist: (I nominate Heartmann)
Responsible for compiling a psychological profile of the forum criminal known as Tank.
Chief Investigator:
Responsible for compiling the numerous, almost overwhelming, evidence of the forum criminal Tank's transgressions against the peace, stability, atmosphere and ruling guidelines of these boards.
Keeper of the GIFs:
Responsible for the creation and/or curation of humorous gifs relating to the forum criminal known as Tank and his numerous, abhorrent crimes. These GIF's will be integral to the final case our team levies against this villainous, squalid slug of the deep.

Tym, there's no easy way to say this so I will just come right out with it. I regret to inform you that your application for Keeper of the Gifs, after being carefully reviewed. has been declined outright by our review panel. A thorough grasp on simple arithmetic and the impossibility of demon possession are base credentials required for such an esteemed position.
