Love this Salan. (bold for emphasis) SynergiesMOD adds or changes 18000+ files and is updated in an aggressively active manner.

It's like you can hear his internal monologue:

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

ZERO HOUR REPRESENTING! We should make a Zero hour persistency mod, it makes so little sense it'd be worth it Technically, it already has commanders we can work with! I feel like I've been saying that a lot lately... Anyway, friend of mine played your mod and like it so I'll give you a vote if I can find the account details, good luck!

I dunno, its just nomination atm. I have no clue on why they would let them count thou, other then they would have a lot less people voting if they had to have an account..
more visits = more advertisement revenue.. who knows.

There are a few things that could. restricting by IP is one way i could think of, sure you could vpn to get around it, but thats a decent amount of effort for scamming a simple vote.

no need to scam stuff, its weird they let guests vote but I guess their approach is the most feasible way to do it.
in the end its just a popularity contest anyways, but you do get notice on it.
