doesn't seem to work properly.  Only unit I've managed to light up so far is a geschutz, I know for a fact it hasn't lit up a Tiger Ace and a P4 when used.  I'm sure there are others...

You sure whatever you were trying to lit up was not outside the effective range? Hang on, give me a second...

Just checked quickly, the radius of the tank sonar ability is only 70m so barely twice as far as the SP can see. That might be why? I was trying it a few hours back and it lit up shermans without issue when I used it.

Yeah, the range is 70m. It's handy if you are in an engagement and want to double check you aren't about to be blind sided by some rushing LV's.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

Unit based TI's all have range. There are only a few of them that i can remember, (mainly vcoh as eirr seems to have done away with most awareness like that.) Most as far as i know are also passive.
