There is no reason this thing should be targeted over any vehicle with a gun.

Especially when its in the same screen with a firefly, a super pershing, and an m3 lee.

Very frustrating.

it has similar priorities and if its in front, it will be targeted first.

no shit.  That needs fixed. It doesn't have a gun.  Targeting the unit without a gun over units such as a firefly or a superpershing is just stupid.

Priority tables = armour type tables. No matter how you slice it, the cromwell and the CCT will have same priorities given the shared armour type and there is no way in hell we're going to make the crom a ninja tank.

No, the real problem is that the CCT receives idiotic veterancy and is usable like a 800+ hp armored jeep and vehicle blocker. This thing needs to lose it's received damage veterancy and perhaps even be toned down to 400 base hp. It's unneccessary and frustrating the way it works now.

this seems like a reasonable compromise.  Didn't know it was based off of armor type.

mandos isnt about tanks anyways...you want good brit tanks go RE.  Just like if you want good American tanks you go Armor.

Um no, you can use a sherman in any us doctrine and it can perform OK, hell you can take crocs as Ab and do Really well.

All the US buffs are through doctrine unlocks and not tied into a singular unit that you lose and there goes you Tank power.

Yes the cromwell does receive some buffs through RE and RCA down 1 tree mainly. but infantry i think every T3 buffs it the sherman in someway. Same thing with armor, every t4-t3 buffs the sherman. and the sherman can be equiped with way more tools then the cromwell can. so your seeing a way more versatile unit buffed throughout every doctrine.

not to mention the fact your paying 12+2 pop to make 1 unit excel in AI/AT.

well i think the us doctrines are better than a lot of the axis choices in regards to buffing both armor and infantry tbh. i look at my stats from eirr and i see 2-11 wl on PE, 12-14 wehr, something like 8-2 with US and something remotely good for brits. not pretending i am equally good at them all, but it shouldn't be that big of a difference seeing how much i have played all factions over time.

infantry shermans > replaced by jumbos or not used, works very well
armor - dont need to mention
ab shermans - nice crocodiles, reasonably balanced doctrine outside of airburst etc

You want to nerf the cct ?
Fine then I want its cost halved or its mgs effectiveness doubled.

Seeing its a command unit, and all command units recently got a buff.
