Someone got my credit card number and went on a buying spree. We suspended the card and I had to wait for a new one. The server layments would not have been able to go through my old card number.

I have the new one now, but I am out of the country on my cell phone and can not set up the new card for the payments until I return.  That being said, I will not be continuing payments unless the team wants to continue development.

Pretty hard to promote a donation spree when the dev team is doing nothing....... or at least not fixing the broken stuff. There will come a point when we feel the mod is complete and then we just ask for donations, but we are far from that point IMO

Well its obvious i haven't played in a while.

I'd love to see some sort of schedule.

I think that would help with the lack of funds, because for so long we just don't know what's going on, dont know when there will be a patch, dont know the dev cycle, etc.

Honestly, even if you're late, let us know, let us know why you're late and give us a guestimated date, i think a lot of people will understand, as long as it doesn't become chronic.

In a way this is pretty somber discussion. I guess the patient being in the death-bred tends to make people more serous. I feel for you tank you stepped up in what seemed a critical point for the mod and you pushed it towards the warmap. I'm also sorry to hear that you have been the target of a credit card fraud.

But like you say, there's no production force. The shoe factory is empty. I feel for EIRRMOD too who had such injuries, I was on crutches last year for 3 months following a slip on the ice outside my apartment complex. I feel for the lack of sociability that we as a community encountered so much and all the problems you have had with disloyal or distruptive RGD coders.

You know smokey, that was pretty fucking rational and well said and it is not what we are used to hearing in regards to our lack of production at all.

I know I certainly appreciate it. We're looking to start back up. No promises of course, but we already have stuff ready to go for a patch that was just never put in, so we aint dead yet.

I could host EIR on a OVH box i use for my own games if it came to a closure over funds.
