Negative, for CoH1 you just need to download the New Steam Version.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

Oh hey, look who's back!

Some of us have advanced a few steps since you left, iirc you were the first guy I talked to on eirr Cheesy

Actually, now that I think about it you've still been listed as moderator while you were gone... lol

i consider it to be worse than coh1 in most aspects but if you plan to buy it you should wait until the steam winter sale when they sell it for 50% off with the dlc.

So I have to go on steam, pay for The original company of heroes and opposing fronts, even though I own both, just so I can login to relic online? and Thank you Hicks, I would very much appreciate that.

Negative Velocity, you can use all your own CD key's through Steam.

Forgot where the guide is, I'll look it up for you assuming somebody doesn't beat me to it.

EDIT:

http://www.pcgamer.com/2013/04/23/company-of-heroes-migrating-to-steamworks-old-servers-closing-may-7th/?ns_campaign=article-feed&ns_mchannel=ref&ns_source=steam&ns_linkname=0&ns_fee=0

Just add any and all of your CoH keys to Steam via the Activate a product on Steam function (Listed under games at the top of the screen on Steam).

After that, you just need to have Company of Heroes (New Steam Version) installed, and you'll have everything good to go.
