Mirror balance would be turning the G43's into 2 LMG's rather than 4 Rifles.
Also, I suggest you go crack open corsix and take a look at the current G43 suppression numbers Tank, before being hasty to comment.

Think he meant changing it to the same as the BAR, didn't mean anything by it.
Without a balance team, it's just fixing shit like this so it's playable.

could i also point out that top T3 engies repair and fire is broken when used with Crocs, due to the flame thrower being in hardpoint one if you could switch the hardpoint back over scotts that would be dandy.

Ahh, and here comes the lovely problem with hardpoints and vehicles like the croc/
When you attack a unit, it will use hard point one as the targeting weapon. So if i were to switch it, it would use the 6 pounder, and you'd have no control over the flamethrower, you'd have to baby it to make sure the front of the hull was targeted at the infantry squad you'd want to kill. Although it would be difficult if there were multiple squads in a small area as the AI for hardpoint 2 would control which got hit.
It's a massive inconvenience. Not really sure what people think.
Should the flamethrower be the main weapon or the 6 pounder cannon?

well i guess its a double edged sword, not being able to tell the 6 pdr to attack a HT or something similar.
Also could i suggest we finally impliment RSE bottom T4 brens firing on move -_-

I think that the 6 pounder should be the main weapon, it's annoying not being able to tell what vehicle the 6 pounder should attack whereas the flamethrower willl always shoot in the direction that you tell the tank to face.
Dont recall seing it in any patch notes, just that nikomas tried to code it and it resuled in the brens behaving funny shooting the ground.
Indeed the flamer will still melt any inf infront of it, the only thing is itll lose attack ground with the flamer and gain it with the 6pdr.

That may not have the expected result and could turn out with G43 suppression being downright pants, which is what I'm actually trying to avoid (To some people's surprise, I imagine).
I'd recommend toying with it in a test environment - Nikomas used the cheat mod on top of his current test build of EiRR to spawn shit and see how it went in the later days of when I was Balance Lead. If you haven't got something similar yourself, it could be worth throwing something together to see how any changes work out before committing them and potentially leaving something broken in the opposite direction for another 6 months.

if brit officers nerf like this, rebuild mando coy first
and there was no OP to brit officer without mark target+bren+mandoLT
why don't we nerf axis mortar,hmg like allies, if we balance like this?

Honestly, the earliest I can do serious number crunching and testing (Which I'd have to do with you - Nikomas had the test build as I'd provide the numbers and then re-adjust from watched feedback if they turned unexpected) would be this weekend. I've just started some short term work for the next few weeks so I'm pretty exhausted on weekdays and not really up for the ol' numbah crunch game when I've walked in shattered.
