All Doctrine Specializations Cost 9999999 PP

So, I recently reinstalled my OS, and reinstalled EIRR to my computer, and every Doctrine Specialization option costs 9999999 PP. The result is the same on all my companies. also, if I try to access my company the whole launcher crashes sometimes.

Any ideas on what the cause could be?

Launcher crashes I'm not sure.

Do you have Avast Anti Virus?

Doctrines costing 999999 PP is intentional, go read the news thread.
