I think the main problem is that no one knows what Wind did to get himself perma banned.  The hidden nature of the offence, and the decision to punish him, is the part that is disturbing to some in EiR community.

Look, I think Wind can be an ass, but so can Shab, Bolt, and Ray (in no particular order), but that doesn't mean they should be perma banned if I happen to hold a position of authority.

Just looking for some clarification on charge and sentence, because it makes the rest of us wonder "who's next?"
