A lot of people seem to be having similar issues or can't even access the website it seems

Xeoniz found the way to solve it. I just present it.

Do the following:

Go to system32/drivers/etc There is a data called hosts. Open it with editor and add the following lines:

67.223.225.161      europeinruins.com
67.223.225.161      www.europeinruins.com
67.223.225.161      forums.europeinruins.com

PLEASE IGNORE ICKS FIX!!!!

It is simply the Godaddy site still had my expired credit card information and shut down the server. I have set up a new card and everything will be fine shortly.

This will probably happen again in 3 years when my card expires........lol
