Point is, if u dont get a standard in there u can forget about  looking up anything.

I don't care if it is at the beginning or end, but it must be consistent with every person.

The most important thing is it has to be something that is not normally in a name. For example, when I do a search for %ST, I get a shit load of names that end in st.

If I do a search for %SST I get one guy, ShabtajusST because it ends with SST. In this particular case it actually get someone we want, but you get my point.

If I do a search for SST% I get no one. Which really makes it simple to find the ones we want

Well in this case shab did it right, i mean it works.
the wildcard in front is fine , just make sure everyone participating ends with "sst"
Otherwise if theres more tournaments to come, nag Eirrmod to make a checkbox in launcher and a new column in the companies table where its either in tournament  or not (boolean).
Yeah my english is lacking for that.
So its like SELECT * FROM battalions WHERE participate = 'true' (participate being the checkbox basicly)

I gave a simply solution I am willing to volunteer my time for. I am just trying to help out schmidt, so if you guys wanna reinvent the wheel, fly at it.

Its just about training the flea circus everytime something happens, or making it simple in the the long run.
I bet that would no biggie for eirrmod.

Anything that requires something in the launcher is a biggie for eirrmod. He has stated several times that he will not be doing anything with the current launcher.

Eir2 and the new launcher, no problem. Even I will be able to work that thing.....lol

well i might and might not be able to play depends on the players ,.... if they don't show up when i am online then there won't be any game for me ,.. but i am still playing 1 or 2 games depending on how much free time i get.

i can play the tournament but how do i play when no one shows up, make them come all online , then i got no problem to that , as i cannot sit 24 hours online waiting when everyone shows up then play the game. i came online yesterday as well but there were hardly 5 ppl online and gray was there but i didn't see the rest of the ppl.

As I said from the very beginning, the teams that are scheduled to play can sort out between themselves when is best to play. So if you feel you and Alpha can discuss this with your opponents, then fine.

At this rate the whole thing will be disbanded.

I think people are just too lazy to ask other people. It would be cool if there could be at least when teams have a match. I mean : Saturday : yours team vs [...] and [...]
