Heh, I had a 99 Pally, Bowazon, and Sorceress.

At the time in PvP my Sorc was a very odd build, most people went blizzard and just tried to freeze you as you went up to them...but not me.  I had her specd in Lightning Storm and would teleport to you and zap the shit out of you and teleport out...not even the guided arrow (pre nerf) could touch me.

Man...now I want to play the game.   I remember when D2 first came out, items were selling well on Ebay, all the green set items.

Go download a game called Dungeon Runners, its the same, but Dungeon Runners has better graphics...

Since I played most other NCsoft games, they gave me a free 1 month trial for that. Lets just say it was completely fucked. The starter area is horrible, and thats the place you need to stay for around 10 levels. shitty loot, shitty vendor, 2 quest NPC's who quests get boring and hard quickly. Not to mention barely anyone talks and I couldnt even find a group to tackle the harder quests. Also, its like guild wars. everyone is in towns, but exploration and battle places are your own private instance.

Needless to say i stopped after 5 days.

On another note. Slightly sarcastic above. NC Soft has created an amazing game called Lineage 2. Beautiful game. My favorite MMORPG. None so far has matched it in my personal opinion.

I'm beginning to lose respect on you...
Lineage 1+2 are grinding monsters, to level up quickly you have to slaughter monsters days long.
I played Lineage 2 for 2 Months, only got lvl 21 but atleast got a neat blade with 'bout +130 spell damage.
It was just farming all day long.
I know they fixed it to an extent, but while that game is the essence of online games, it's by far not the best.

I built my pala in diablo to fight socceress.
With 90+ resistance + some absorb even in hell I would heal on fire and lightning and be near immune to frost, while casting that autotargeting spell, heavens fist? , It was truely funny, some sorc makes a portal, i head through (hc, bout lvl 40 I was) player turns hostile, ports to me, I watch him some seconds, open a portal, get back home and laugh at him.

Had paladin, some Insane lanze and like 1.800 dmg if I throw the right aura on, lvl 80 ish.
Normally i play Necro, but that pali was so much ownage and we need a close range fighter for our lan sesions

I forgot I had a 88 Whirlwind Barbarian too...those were the shit, put on a Mana steal Lance along with armor pieces that had life stealing on it and you could tornado all day long.

Before it was nerfed...cause I cant remember how it is now

There is no beating a Vengeance Paly. Oh baby, with the crazy amount of life and mana steal I had, I could hit Vengeance all day and watch everything die.

I also loved my spearazon, crazy damage.

Didn't like it much either, probably my least favourite character. I did like the character itself though, the armour and shit. Just didn't like the role it played (Heavy support orientated)

Pally was not my fav either.  Druid (wolf shape shift) was my fav melee.  Barbarian was just fun to farm with because it was way too easy.


Anyone remember zeal (think thats its name) I had a an extremely high zeal Pally and got myself killed many times in PvP because I got stuck in a zeal attack (many many melee attacks and no way to stop yourself).

Diablo Mutliplayer pvp however always was the lol itself;

Evry enemy i hit dies instantly.... however same goes for them.
Mages trying to hit each other from the other map side

when it was first out I don't think there was any way to respec, totally sucked when you put to many points in zeal and couldn't run away from the bosses.

Story on the second one was fine imho. Gameplay is where it's all at man!
Destructable environment looks fucking ace.
