Possible Scenarios i can recommend;

Officer assinations.

Team A: Gets a few inf squads (rifleman/smgsquad) a officer, maybe a hmg and if you have expanded battle and many players: 1 FighterAircraft

Team B: Gets scouts / sniper squad, a truck for extra stuff (mines and so on) and has to kill the officer, useing stealth and distractions.

Try to act realisticly a.k.a. Take a look when something blows the fuck up or maybe surrender if your surrounded (just cease fire with all units and tell the enemy, he can take you as prisioner and make you carry ammo all day xD).

Officer has to be keept in a area like the curch in Surb2 or the workshop in "workshop".

---------------------------------------

Escourt mission;

Team A has 2-3 inf squads, 2 light, 1 medium Tank, 1-2 Fuel Trucks.
Target: Reach target location with the fuel trucks.

Team B has 1-3 Inf/AT Squads, 1-2 light vehicles (bike, halftrack at max), a mine squad.
Capture or kill the Trucks
---------------------------------------------

In all missions you have to get as far as you can with the stuff you have, no new troops.

Damn, thtb, that sounds awesome. Are they real modes, or are they dependent on the player? If its the player, there is a few people I'd rather not play with....

In other news, im going to be buying a new comp because this one is such shit. Expect me to be playing in about 2 weeks.

I was also thinking maybe a mission like current day iraq?

there are guerrilla forces stationed throughout multiple villages on the map.  Smaller towns would have maybe 2 squads, while large cities could have upwards of 8 with light vehicles assisting them.

There would be an American convoy, 2 heavy tanks, a medium tank, 5 light vehicles, and around 5 transport trucks filled with infantry. They would have to drive through the villages to reach a certain destination. There would of course be roadblocks to prevent them from driving straight through.

The guerrillas strategy would be to cause as many casualties as possible, or prevent them from reaching the destination.

The Eye for an Eye mod on ModDB sets the game to modern age, its quite fresh so it only has inf and 1 tank, but that is propatly what your looking for.

I tried to get in one of your games earlier by using EIR as the password, where some newbie named Rahx kept kicking me... Even though I had DW and everything..

Anyways...  I didnt invite ya and dude, the reason why people put a password on the server is because they want to play with their friends or invited players etc. not with others...

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

The thing I don't like about the singleplayer is that your characters are like unbeatable beasts...then it will suddenly change after a few missions and they suck lol. But I personally love the online play, I have a friend that we do extremely tactical infantry only battles with and it's just a lot of fun.

Oh no the missions get harder over time!

Serious fail here though from many many players, I mean i heared ppl on vent and teamspeak say things like: This is way to easy and boring - never played it again after doing only the first 2 missions.

Its no cake walk, but quite easly beatable if you put some effort in it.
