Officers are available through a Defensive T1. They are able to call down the Observed Fire and Supervise units to give them increased damage and accuracy.

They can also hit an enemy with a headshot if you're lucky!

They also detect cloaked units better than bikes, and have the highest LOS in the axis army.

Officers are only worth it if you really know how to use them, if not dont brother - to much pop, to weak, to expensiv. Yes you can subervise a unit to give it a 20% boost, but at the cost and pop cap of the officer you might as well buy the same unit again and have a 100% boost...

Officers are worth getting in certain circumstances, I am a Defensive player and would never get one because of the Stuka, Sniper and double shrecker costs. But he is a useful unit that can be very effective and confuse the enemy by putting him behind a wall, they won't want a barrage on their heads.

No, they have equal detection to the bike and pretty much half the los of it. They do have a small crit rate advantage, but by no means can they slaughter anything anything with it with the low rof they have.

Awww, was aobut to say sometihng like that, Pengu. Atleast I can add this for numerical reference. Officer detection/los is 18/35. Bike is 18/55. Officer isn't that bad, though, I managed to 1v1 a 4 man riflesquad with an officer and my officer drove them off the field with about half health left, which conveniently, he regens even without vet 1. This is coming from the guy that used to officer spam, though, and enjoyed it very much. Officers also have a high crit rate , like was mentioned. They should 1-shot infantry 10% of the time at green health, 20% at yellow and 100% time in red (no 5% bugs vs this guy). His damage output if fairly, low, but his accuracy is quite good.

I use officers on my nebels. And officers get 0.05hp/sec regen.

I saw an unvetted officer in yellow cover slaugther a complete, fullhealth riflesquad in a minute.
I think putting them together with schrecks and kch they can flush out enemy positions.

I saw a single mp40 squad beat 3 squads of vetted airborn, i saw 3 planes shot down by a single ostwind in a span of 30 secounds. I saw goliaths suriveing in the center of a calliope barrage.
I saw my own 2 halftracks and 6 engys killing a full health and vet. 2 tiger in under 30 sec´s.
I saw blobs of 14 Flame Pio´s, I saw Officers barraging themself.
We all saw things.
