#1 I removed the image because I felt it conflicted with the a portion of the age group of users of this forum and that they shouldn't be subjected to images such as that whilst browsing a game forum.

#2 I edited the first post to reflect how little the actual thread had any or at all purpose beyond a ''LOL LOOK BOOBS" thread, which in itself serves no purpose but to increase spam traffic on the forums

#3 I never touched a post of yours with a picture of Obama with an Afro; again I am always the one blamed when there are other moderators here. In fact, I rarely delete posts ans I have only logged onto this forum once this week; that being Today.

#4 My moderation will always be criticised due to the community blowing things out of portion (such as this) and making mountains out of mole hills. Such things as this are better served via PMs and not publicly because all this shows is how you don't want to resolve issues in a professional manner and just want to go on a witch hunt.

#5 I have only edited 3 posts, thus you are exaggerating. The first one was because THTB was flaming me (IE a forum rule) and the other was because THTB wanted to start a witch hunt on another user of this forum, which I don't believe that user deserves.

#6 I am not violating my mod rights, as I am pretty sure you don't even know what exactly my rights are as a moderator, therefore your attempt to scream abuse is disbanded due to the lack of knowledge on that subject. For the record; I am well within my rights to remove images and edit threads that break forum rules or other such morality guidelines.

#7 Criticism is tolerated, or else we wouldn't have a forum for this modification. So Again; I don't understand where you are getting this all from.

I am not 'hacking' it is a simple button that allows me to modify a post. If I deleted or locked thoses posts we would have another one of these threads right now. So what do you want me to do; Allow members such as Thtb to harass other users? No. I will not allow it.

If this community has taught me anything it is that, such threads will keep getting bumped by stupid posts, that's it and it wouldn't be long before another user posted another image, then perhaps a user steps over the boundaries and actually posts porn (has happened before). I took the pre-emtive motion to not allow such a course of action to occur.

My blatant child protectionism is just fine thank you. There needs to be a morality guideline that should be followed or else other boundaries are bound to be crossed. My regard to such content stems from my up bringing, and as such flows into my moderating; that is what makes me human. It also what makes me able to make good decisions regardless of what you all think of it. I am not a good guy on these forums and never will due to my position, even if I did nothing; you would want to see me strung up a tree and hanged over such petty things. I think you need to reliase that there is more to life than just this insignificant fraction of the internet that you are so attached to.

To be honest, seems like ever since you got excluded from EIR development you've been working it out on the community by overdoing the need for moderation. This is not your forum, this is fl-'s forum, fl- HAS already stated that anything CAN go on this forum as long as it remains legal. How about you respect fl-'s authority on that and bend over rather than trying to dominate the forum with your own little guidelines.

You have been doing an inconsistent job as a moderator, and then you end up wondering why it is that you always get criticism from a lot of people in the community. Take stumpster for an example, in the few weeks that he's been moderating, he's been doing a much more respectable job imo.

I think it's completely unacceptable that you change someone's post in an attempt to publicly humiliate or even insult that other user. Grow the fuck up, that's all I can say if you're going to keep this up.

Just wanted to get this out there:

- Most of the moderating in the past week has been me, although that was all in the 'Balance' section, and I never removed a picture of Obama with an afro.  (IIRC)

- I think that it was a bit out of line for Akra to 'edit' posts to insult those who had posted.  As such, I removed that topic completely.

- The fact of the matter is that everyone has their own 'maturity' level.  I thought that the topic was immature and idiotic, but not enough to warrant closing.  Obviously Akra disagrees here.
