I believe it does, sometimes lose some AT gun crews surviving the impact but getting killed by the DoT.

In OMG mod when the british arrive, no matter how many attempts are made at making them mobile, their core gameplay mechanic involves being slow and methodical. This warrants giving the wehrmacht walking stukas, the traditional counter to all things slow and methodical that the wehrmacht has.

Firestorm actually doesn't do DoT from what I've seen - I know that it does in the beta, but I'm not sure if it does now. I could easily be wrong, how often do you see people crawling around in a firestorm shell crater, after all?
