The only reason that sherman got to that much is due to the OPness of OBM... Which you just found out first-handedly to be way over the 0.2 HP/s you thought it was at  . |

Yep it needs to be between the basic repair speed of 0.66 hp to at most 1 hp per second. 1.33 is crazy. But still. It's an achievement for a Sherman to get that kind of score :p Reminds me of Herman the Sherman. He didn't make it though.

OBM doesn't repair at 1.33. If it does, that would be a bug.
