Luftwaffe infantry should cost less then volks between 170-180 IMO.

Luftwaffe infantry are just as effective as volks grenadiers and have Advanced Repair.  They will not be dropping in price.

AFAIK, the current launcher requires Vista users to run in Admin mode.  So we aren't changing anything there.

lol I'm playing EiR for 1 year on Vista and I never set it on admin mode, and it's working fine.

On the old launcher, if you have it installed to your Program Files directory, you will need UAC off or Administrator privileges.
