That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

Eh. How is that going to turn out for non ToV users. Are they just added to the list or do they have a special price?

I was hoping they won't make it ... ever.

Ever.

woohoo, british kangaroos!  Grin

I´m a total novice of modding CoH, but are you able to change stats for example the T-17 and Geschutzwagen?

If you are, then it should be great with more unit types. The more choices, the merrier! Smiley

What im really worried about, are Kangaroos with Reinforcements.
What will you do if someone starts with a Kangaroo with 2 RR squad inside + flame engies?

I dont see a problem if they add in TOV units as long as they get priced right and put the availability at the right way. I mean the biggest problem with vcoh is that the ToV units are way better then the units they replace, and some people don't have access to the ToV units. Unless EiRR made it so only people with ToV could get ToV units, then I would see a problem. I'd def pay 50% more for a T17 then the current greyhound price, heck maybe even twice as much. plus keep in mind in EIRR im sure they would tune the upgrades for the TOV units.

What is the wrong with more units, as long as it can be balanced? I don´t really get your argument.

I mean just look at the T-17, change it to puma/AC stats so it wont instagib infantry.

Geschutswagen got damage like a tiger...

If there is possibilities of tweaking the stats of units, there should go to lower the damage of gesshutzw. or alter the costs. The Staghounds infantry damage could be changed.

Kangaroos infantry should be able to get damaged by flamethrowers and direct artyhits, perhaps even perish if the APC is destroyed?

Usually they do not change the stats of units.

Certain ones need their edge to be useful over others.

The Geschutzwagen might have 250 damage per shot, but it has a 8 SECOND reload time, which can and will be deadly with so much handheld AT and light vehicles around.

True, the most balance issues with ToV units could be fixed with the right costs.

the same that you do with a burst iht with double schrek and flame pio...use at guns.

do u forget that axis have better anti tank capability? a kangaroo still has sherman armor and would get pwned by pak's and schrecks.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Actually, Allied AT is just as good, or better in many situations.

AB with RRs and Rangers for instance can fireup through the traditional anti infantry defenses, and the 57mm can do the same damage as a PAK anytime it wants or needs to.

Not to mention IHTs die to 2-3 shots, whereas a Sherman takes 3-4 at least.

I don't think ToV units will be featured in Reinforcement packages considering a lot of people will not have TOV in the first place.
Anyway, we'll have to wait and see Tongue
