Kangaroo has 650 hp. It won't be a cheap unit like the IHT.

I'm worried that we might never see some of these vCoH units in the next version... Hellcat replacing m10s... Shwimmwagon replacing the bike... t17 replacing the m8.... and the Staghound replacing the Staurt... They all seem to be somewhat better then their counterparts...

I meant that players will want to pick the Tales of Valor units over the orignal CoH ones.

im sure pricing will keep this in check.

wagon more expensive then bike, and in regards to the stuart and staghound... nobody buys stuarts anyways! hahaha.

Guys. We've fixed ToV units. They're not going to be Relic's version.

And the Hellcat has the same health as the M10, and the same probability to miss-fire. Relic reduced the frequency of miss-fire in 2.500. It has the same 'wind-up' time on the main weapon which causes the missfire bug. Removing the 'wind-up' causes animation issues, where the bullet flies a good 2 seconds before the gun makes the noise and animates.

The Staghound will not be a Command Vehicle like the Cromwell Command Tank, but it will be a Heavy Armoured Car, and we've fixed the bug that disabled Soldier Armour as a target (the weapon would not fire on them automatically or if told to.) The units will NOT be replacements/options; they will be available alongside the units that they switch with in Retail.

I'll run over the stat changes:
-Hellcat cloak removed, might become Doctrined later. It will be detectable at the same radius as the Hetzer.
-Hellcat can upgrade with Hawkins Mine Drop. These work like they do in Panzerkrieg.
-Units in a Kangaroo when it dies have a VERY low chance of surviving. This is because the Kangaroo is very hard to kill; you'll have plenty of time to ungarrison before it explodes, but if your micro is piss-poor you will be penalized.
-Geschutzwagen uses same weapon as the Marder III.
-Staghound .50cal now has Soldier Armour Target enabled.

That's it. T17 remains unchanged because the way EiR is played is different compared to Retail, and so it will probably actually be quite underpowered.

so is hellcat going to be faster than m10? does the gun do same penetration and damage?

they should give the kangaroo, hellcat, and t17 tiger ace armor and health. It is only fair. Smiley
oh yeah and they should also nerf every single wehr unit down to light armor and infantry armor. It is only fair. Smiley
Afterall, the Wehrmacht no matter what is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo "OP". Tongue

uhhh, no where in your post did you reply to the speed or penetration\damage of the gun, so duh, i asked for a clarification...

and so, if its gonna be slower or same speed as m10 and the gun is gonna not have its cloak... whats the use of having it in game? the mines? lolololol...

No. It's a Marder III.
I said it uses the same weapon, not did the same damage.

Now, after me saying that, you may say 'what's it's advantage over the Marder?'
Well, first off, it's a Marder for the Wehrmacht. Secondly, it has Rapid Fire. Thirdly, a Machine Gun, which won't be an upgrade but it will come on it. Lastly, it's faster. Much faster. And accelerates/decelerates even faster than a Hotchkiss.

woah woah woah, if wehr get a PE unit what bout PE get an Wehr unit, say and officer with precision strike. that would help since PE lack any artillery.

M18 is inferior to the M10 unless it's in camo ambush mode. Schwimmwagen is a more expensive bike; it can be useful but honestly the bike doesn't need more hp and better firepower. It already sniper hunts fine, and it's other main role is scouting which the schwimmwagen can't do any better. If you take the schwimmwagen it's pretty much so you can hunt snipers that little bit better, probably when under BAR or similar weapon fire. The T17 and Staghound's price will be balanced to reflect their increase in power over their counterparts.

Is Akranadas in this thread? Fucker can't stop bragging about his "waifu taldeer" and cosplaying in an eldar farseer costume while shouting "Flithy monkeighs!" interspaced with random eldar gibberish.

kinda sad, take away its only advantage over the m10, what the point then?  thats why i suppose relic nerfed it to be slower than m10, and its gun to penetrate less was to give it cloak... now we take that away and just make it a slower weaker m10... neato

ok lets take this realistically:

M18 is a slower M10 with a MG on it allowing it to do damage like a stug would to infantry
T17 is a Greyhound on drugs but is extremely weak at vet1 (2 shreck kill) and will probably cost a lot, especially the stun ability.

Hotchkiss is an entirely new unit.  Hopefully the stuka upgrade is an unlock and will cost a bit, giving the PE a little more artillery but not really anything special since the Mortar HT does the job fine.
Schimmerwagon is kettenkrad with different abilities.  who seriously cares about it?  Mine drop will be good, that's about it.

Kangaroo Carrier is the blob carrier.  High health to rush your infantry in battle but thats about as far as it can make it.  Good for turning 2 PIAT squads into 1.  Possibly can get overpowered however when reinforcements (US units) come in, me smells snipers in these carriers and whatnot.
Staghound is the greyhound for the british.  Only reason to use Stuart now is for cannister round.  Although it will probably cost a bit.

Whermact Schimmerwagon, who seriously cares??  Motorbike with more damage i think??  As long as it doesnt supress i'm happy.
G-wagon (i can't spell it as all) Will give the Axis pretty much a world of choice now lol, but it will probably cost almost the same as a P4 since in VCoH it costs more than a stug i think.

All of the ToV units introduce redundancies except for the Hotch, and the Kangaroo. I declare ToV to be an epic failure.

Infantry inside the Kangaroo have firing penalties....so the Kangaroo seems to only work as an armored tramsport.
