For what it's intended and the price it's at in EiRR, it's horrible weak. It's a glorified Infantry Halftrack with no suppression, Cromwell survivability (which is the worst of any medium tank), and a 150fu cost. There is no reason a halftrack should cost 150fu for light-mediumish tank armour. I wouldn't mind the inability to crush things with it if it weren't for the fact it costs such a ridiculous amount of fuel.

so the first strike was 5x penetration?
it should at least be able to penetrate a panther on the first shot.

It is. It currently is x2 penetration on first strike and +50% damage.

The suppression relates to the mounted MG42 on the Geshutz, which deal4 times the suppression of a LMG42, making it a mobile; insta-suppress platform rather than the Anti-Tank platform it is meant to be. This change just stops those people attempting to exploit the above.

Geschutz and M18 are two different units, aimed to be played completely different from one another.
One does 250 damage per shot, the other does 112.5 if it penetrates

did you even tried to use a geschützwagen? it has no armor and lower health than a marderIII...it turns very slowly and is complete fucked against a ranger or airbornerush....
(beside that it is fucked against light vehiclespam anyways)
from what i saw the geschützwagen only supressed on close range to give it some more time to get not stickied...ranger and airbornes killed it anyways in 2 or 3 bursts

Allied players -tend- to have a bias against axis units, and Axis players -tend- to have a bias against ally units.

You must be kidding me. That thing was kick ass. You could literally drive into enemy lines, around paks, killing paks with the units in side, while crushing schreck grens under your treads. Pop field repair, unload blob, shoot enemies away around kangoroo, wait for it to be full health again, jump back in, and proceed.
So it's a good change. Not to mention, Two managed to nearly annihilate my complete first call in in a Attack- Defend game (we were attacking) by just driving into my units (they weren't even completely on the field), my pak could only get 1 shot off, so did the gren squad.
After the buff wore off, it killed the pak, crushed some grens and my Flamer pios, and still managed to get away.
And something else, I don't think the GWG does 250 dmg in EiR. I thought they changed it to become a wehr marder.

Geschutzwaggen is/was horribly powerful. It could snipe AT guns, it could snipe down and kite tanks, and it could instapin infantry that's trying to kill it... Rather broken, eh? Now at least infantry can do something about it. Light vehicle spam would be the sole way to break a line of geschutzwaggens, and even then it's unreliable if there's a pak or shrek in support.
It is only 150 damage per shot, but you have to notice what faction it has been given to - Wehrmacht. Wehrmacht never had a lack of AT, and this pretty much "ends it"

Field repairs was moved to T3 and was swapped with Tungsten Tipping.

Yeah but tbh, that thing sucks, I tried it, because it looked cool, and the Mg suppressed infantry. But believe me, airbornes/rangers eat that thing for breakfast, even with burst bug.
Same with every sort of tanks, if they get close enough, it's basically over, especially light tanks. They can circlestrafe it with ease.
It turns so fucking slow, you need to revert, that means you need wide space behind it to escape. And again, the thing get's sniped itself before it snipes an ATG.
And "supporting that unit" won't help because people will focus fire on it, and it will go down faster than ******'s mother for a ****job.

The GWG has a 50/50 chance to beat an ATG(face it, no such thing as a map with no light/heavy cover whatsoever within a 60 units range). Only problem is, the ATG can't pop self-repairs, so it becomes a shoe in who wins.
