Trading units would be uber gay lol. Pretty much encouraging farming lol. No thanks good on paper but horrid execution.

How so?

I don't really like the idea of trading units, but the bounties seem like a good idea.  I'd be ok with limiting it to units on the top 20 leaderboard though.

I agree with this idea fully. This way it increases the challenge. As far as trading goes though, I think that you should be the only one that can vet your own units.

are ppl allowed to make a new account (rank1) and play like 1 or 2 games vs some higher ranked guys just to oay their bounties? that'd be stupid.
i think it needs to be the main account

^ Yes.  Don't worry, because of the rule on the forum that you must post with only one account, it's easy to keep track of that.  (And would be very suspicious if someone with 1 post put a bounty on a unit).

Hmm, that is a good point.  I guess since the unit isn't technically dead the bounty is still on them.  It should be pretty easy to check if a unit is alive or not since it has to be on the leaderboard.

Hypothetical - So what if I were to howitzer my own vet 3 rangers? The bounty redemption wouldn't exactly be void.. the units are dead. So if player bounties inspire players to off their own units by deleting or killing themselves just to make others lose their pp..What then? I mean.. I'd do it.

also we should take the bounty PP away at the time of the bounty being placed.  If we wait they may spend it and not be able to pay up.. at which point dasnoob needs to send luigi over to say hello!

Well considering that I'm assuming most players are going to want their bounty on a real account instead of just some smurf account that they made to suicide charge, I'd expect that to have some impact on it.
