He used some legal trickery to make it so that it was his son that was banned, so the braintyminator can continue it's rampage.

As for reversing the Tiger...

I attempted to explain this to Speedy/Nightrain over Vent.

Basically, it uses the same pathing profile as the Pershing. To reverse the Pershing/Tiger, you have to click in a specific spot in the centre of mass behind the Pershing/Tiger - You have a deviation of approx 3mm either way. If you go over this, the tank WILL attempt to turn around on the spot and drive normally to the designated spot. Not only that, when you are reversing, you have a cone of approx 15 degrees to turn the vehicle during it's reversing in repeated reverse move orders to get it to reverse and turn at the same time without trying to turn around.

The problem is compounded with the Tiger for one reason alone. The Tiger has a wider profile. While this may seem like a benefit at first and give you a wider area to click in for the reverse, it actually doesn't. It leads to a lot of on the spot over-estimating and fucking up of reversing pathing if you try to stack reverse orders - Which I commonly do. I'll order at least 5-10 reverse orders for a tank, let it go reverse away, while I micro another unit for a second.

Doing this with a Tiger is fatal. A Pershing? More care is used due to the tighter profile, you KNOW that bitch is a finicky one. With the Tiger, you expect that little shit to do what it's told. However, it doesn't.

One bad camera angle, one badly placed building, one moment of indecision? Your stickied, hit by an extra ATG round, rushed, etc.

So yeah. The Tiger is a pain in the arse to reverse.

Btw, so is the Marder, but that little shit is a discussion in itself.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

Fun fact btw people.

ATG penetration vs Tiger: 0.35

ATG penetration vs Panther: 0.35

Tiger has more health and can withstand more rounds... So how come the argument that ATG's penetrate Tiger's too often came up, when nothing has been said for the Panther?

Because the Panther has more Range, gets hit from long range. less penetration then being hit from medium, That's why its brought up since the panther is staying further away from the battle but contributing the same amount of hurt on the enemy

I heard that dropping 2 tetrachs on enemy back lines to kill repairing tanks or otherwise units that sit far back contributes quite a lot to the battle.

true, tets are a unique example though.  I was referring to other tanks mostly.

Well said and I will have to practice that. I'm bad at reversing the Tiger and Pershings, if I can master my micromanagement, I should start having fun with heavies again.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

That wasnt good use of tigers lol. You failed with your first tiger faster then anyone fails with a bike.

Your 2nd tiger got those kills by last hits and desperate attacks by the allies when they just threw themselfs at you the las 4 min.

Nothing to be proud of in that game.

Same reason why I'm not allowed to field 3 double repair move Pershings.

Because A can't get it B won't be getting it either. That's the basic thought.

i didn't say i was great with tigers, i'm okay and i hadn't used one in months. I usually play only with light vehicles and medium tanks, my heavy tank micro is very off.

if I played with one everyday, i'll get back to the days where i used to have a vet 2 pershing and a vet 3 in reserve, those were fun days.
