Among my group of friends I think we have 4 SC2 keys. 2 Euro and 2 NA It works out good for gameplay you really cannot improve unless you can play with a partner

Eh? I've shown drastic improvement since I began playing and 90% of my games are 1v1. Hey I'm not the one with the game, I can't say anything for sure.
The general concensus seems to be that automining and multibuilding selection outweight the introduction of the new macro gimmicks like the queen larva and mule... and that roaches are gay
I'd like to know where you're getting your "general concensus". |

You can;t practice a build in just ranked matches, you never know what your up against.
With a practice partner you can hammer down a BO over the course fo 20 matches easily. you'd never achieve the same level doing just ranked games.

Well, if it's a build designed specifically to counter another build, I suppose it'd be more efficient to do it with another person... But how much practice do you really need at doing that? The only builds you can specifically practice, I've found, are the parts in the first few minutes that you can do by rote without having to worry about variation in condition due to micromanagement. |
