what i really dont like about officers is this really fast health regeneration. i shoot these officers like 5 times with my sniper troughout the game, and when the time is right the officer just walks to my sniper (he has a huge cloak detection for some reason) and kills my sniper.

even when i sneak 2 storms(without upgrades) at close range to the officer and start shooting at him, the officer can just walk away and live.
snipers die in such situations, why not officers?

...Cause a Captain cant cloak? And he's one man?

It'd be pretty pointless if he died to one sniper shot.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

i dont want him to die in 1 sniper shot, i simply suggest to lower the health regeneration.

He's already fragile as hell atm.

What you described with the Stormies sounded like a case of simple bad luck. The statistics do have a habit of going against you from time to time.

Ive gone through many vet 3 captains this reset,

so far..

1) Forgot about him in a field and an MG set up and killed him.
2) Vet0 Stug, Captain Green Cover - Stug 1 Shots him.
3) Captain moves through green cover, and gets 1 shot by an ATG.

He dies to just about everything, It would be nice if he had longer LOS so he could at-least run early.

LT's die to about everything as well.

It would be nice if you could "attach" a captain or lt to a squad permanently, and he wouldn't become single target till that squad was dead.. this also means your captain might get retreated off the field.

with officer you can ran on open field, throw barrage on unit, and run back to your lines,he will survive...do that with captain,he will end dead...like instantly...

it does seem indeed that US officers can survive much longer

what's weird though, is that when i check crosix, i see that brits officers have heroric armor, and the us officer has rifleman_elite armor.
difference is that with most weapons rifleman elite armor receives 0.75 accuracy instead of 0.85. but the us officer does receives double the supression.

vs tanks their stats are the same, only us officer receives double the supression.

and now i've found it: brit captain and lt do not have health regen, US officer does.

What I found to be a big UM is the fact that the Axis officer stand still for like 2  sec or something, while the Brit Captain has a fucking cup of tea (probably with cake too!) (when using a artillery ability (mortar strike / FOO)

Can someone look into the RGD's for the "standing still" time on the brit captain?
