10 minutes for FOO wasn't long enough I guess? Def officer needed a longer cooldown, they were just bring ridiculously spammed.

the atg pop change imo isn't all that big of a deal, it'll hurt some starting call ins but it's a meh thing.

the change on zooks suck though, like smoker said they were tolerable with the old reapers, it was the only t4 that was never changed from its original and that was because it was find as is but i do like Jumbo Penetration.

whats with the v1 effectiveness, ti's a v1, everybody knows its going to isnta rape anything it hits but heavies, so how did you decrease its effectiveness?

also yea british foo is gonna kinda suck now 100 mp for a one time use seems useless but i usually like to keep 'em around for their bonuses anyway.

Actually i think they should have just hardcapped the FOO purchase to 2, not the officers but hey thats just me

Oops fixed, it went up like the other ATGs.

We can consider the global cooldown on FOO & the officer arty for next patch.

As for V1 effectiveness, AFAIK it means that unless the V1 hits it right on the head there's a larger chance that the howi/25p (weapon) may survive the blast radius. (Similar to the Lancaster bomb on Flaks). This way the V1 is no longer a 100% guaranteed counterweapon.

I'm really glad to see these changes take place, it's really a turn for the better.
I don't like the nerf to Tank Reapers, though; it's pretty unnecessary and only makes the Bazooka even less useful, and extra penetration on the Jumbo is kinda silly. I'd say revert TRs.
Other than that, it's good. Smaller stat/price changes can be made as necessary, of course, but this is definitely good.

Looks like the devs listened to everything I suggested, so I can't really complain.
