If I get shot and it's a gay medic fixing me up, he's not gonna be fondling my balls while he does it. You can't patch a chest wound and suck a cock at the same time.

Some observations:
Pickpocket, enchanting and smithing are probably three of the most important skills to level up right from the get-go. Currently I'm at lvl 36 and I get the feeling I'd be a LOT more powerful if by now I could have had 100 in enchanting with dragon armour. I found a series of items that boost one handed dmg, so now with the black star I've managed to get a whole ebony set and enchant most pieces with +one handed dmg, then i'm dual wielding two epic grade swords which do 112dmg + 25 frost and the other is 100+dmg + 25 flame. Balance isn't able to keep up with that, I'm playing on master and it's not even a challenge. I'm sitting here imagining how much more awesome it'd be if I could double enchant everything!
Pickpocket is useful to accumulate endless amounts of gold, but really, past the first 10 hours, gold is quite useless unless you want to buy every house/boost your smithing really quickly (buy leather + strips and make 20 helmets).
Smithing is necessary just for getting epic status (or whatever the highest is for armour, I don't know yet). It's pretty sweet.
Really, magic in Skyrim isn't as useful as I believe it could be. Illusion seems to be the only one worth really considering, and even then, it's just for maybe 2 or 3 spells. Restoration is a necessity at the lower levels due to stamina regen, destruction is damn useless and conjuration is also decent at a lower level purely for summoning a tank.
If you've got the patience, Alchemy isn't too bad, however, most of the powerful ingredients will be stuff you'll need for a quest. You can just forego the quest and hold on to it yourself, but really, there are way too many potions lying around and your time is best spent elsewhere.

I started new sharachter,thief/assasin for fun and I went straight to level 25 in one day
and I was in only few fights...it's not even funny, you can basically steal everything from everyone, steal money back from trainers etc.
thing is ,I am lv25 now and my dagger does 9 dmg, hahahah
soon I will be going with 30x backstab dmg,if I get 2 daggers,I will kill 99% of things with only 1 hit

You should get that Daedric dagger that has a chance to instantly kill a target. I used it for a bit for lolz and it was quite reliable!

Sharks are not monsters Henley, they are cute, cuddly and misunderstood. They love humans. sometimes they love TOO much. They love people so much that sometimes their kisses separate people into two flailing pieces which are consumed by other sharks in a frenzy of peace and joy.

How to win at skyrim: level up smithing, pickpocket and enchanting and use battle-cry or berzerk when you face something even remotely difficult = win, on any difficulty level.
