Im not sure what ability it is, but i played a skirmish game, on a 1v1 map. The AI spammed the shit out of this artillery that exploded and spawned flame pios. Pretty much kicked my ass, turned the mini-map completley red with the dots, then crashed my computer lol.

2 major changes are:
quickstart munition bonus changed to 500 stop arty spam
removed basic rifles stats changes since it was just too... retarded?
