The Obama=Hitler thing was a voting strategy conceived by the 2nd most effective Propaganda machine in Human history, Fox News.(1st being Joseph Goebbels Propaganda Ministry) Seriously though, as much as I hate Fox News I gotta give them credit for being so good at manipulating stupid people. Getting people to think of Obama as a terrorist because he has Hussein in his Name? It sounds stupid when you read it like that because it is, but they convinced masses of people to use that as an argument. The Hitler moniker is no different. I can watch fox news for about 3 mins without contemplating the benefits of playing 'North Vietnamese soldier' with a car battery and my testicles(Namely joy at no longer watching fox news) But when I do stomach it for an extended period of time I can't help but pick out all the subliminal tactics and ploys.(Rhyme, Repitition, Iconography, etc)
Speaking of, why is Hitler always used as the bad guy image? You know he pulled Germany out of a global depression(and it was beyond fucked going into that!) No ones ever like "Yeah He's Hitler from '33-36"
Saddam Hussein orchestrated the single largest literacy rate jump in human history. He never gets any credit for that.
Jesus isn't like Hitler, Thats the joke. For the simple version., the Jewish people turned their back on jesus and the Romans put him to death.
The only joke about Obama being Hitler is that people were retarded enough to use that as a rallying cry.
