Look. Please. Stop locking things before I get a chance to say something. Killer, I think you'll find they did. You guys can do whatever you want in the "General Discussion" forums and others that don't pertain to EIRR subjects, but in all the other forums will have increased moderation.

Well, I think ground's statement was a little unfortunate. Obviously we will still moderate the general discussion to a certain extent, it's just a lot more lax than the moderation that occurs on EIR related forums. (Which is what groundfire meant)
Now stop making a scene about some stupid thread please.

Brn, do you know what got locked? I really don't see that as going over any limit. And it's not so much the locking of the first topic that annoyed me, it was both the explanation for it, and the fact that roflmao (I assume it was him) deliberately raised my post count just to spite me. It's not the act itself, it's the principle.
And for the second topic being locked, I don't even get a chance to justify myself before it gets locked? Whatever you guys are the moderators but sometimes, no offence, you get it wrong.
Unknown - I'm not annoyed about the actual thread, but regardless this is my last post on the matter
Also maybe you should make it clear that we are not allowed to do whatever we want in General Discussion then.

0% Moderation doesn't apply to any of our forums/game/ventrilo. There are places where it's noticeably more laxed than others... but that's it.

I'll agree the moderation policy in regards to the general discussion forum is a little vague, even for the moderator's themselves at times. (Of which this case is a good example) This is not a good thing and should probably be looked at. So really, it's probably a good thing you brought it up.
Just let it go now though.

Last time I checked IP adresses are personal. It's not law anyways, its just commonly viewed ideals. Just something to keep in mind while mashing that button in the forum admin panel or rolling around in your moderator rolls royce in the SQL. On a related subject: Does EIRR even have a TOS? |
