So marksmen shot can miss? had a game where dark soldier tried to snipe my sniper,and shot just missed,he was LOL,wut :p
and I dont even think there was smoke between.

I had also a game, that I wanted to shoot with my marksman, but he just kept running after the grenadiers without doing shit. Same issue happend to my section equiped with brens, trying to button vehicles... stupid tea-drinkers

too many times it seems like taking the shot just takes far too long, they sit there for god knows how long setting up the shot, then finally take it.

other times it seems like i click the button and instantly bam, they take the shot.

All 3 wehr doctrines have received accuracy buffs for snipers which makes it entirely possible, yes.

They actually have quite low accuracy afaik
