I can't really use it, it puts too much strain on my performance. It's a considerable performance hit just having it in. So lower end machines are at a disadvantage, but yeah, I suppose it's not a big deal.

You can use it as long as you put the model slider all the way to the right. Personally I use it to zoom out just a couple notches more than usually possible in all fairness, but I feel the difference from vCoH.
