Okay so I was basically right, it will choose a location after a set amount of time, hence why you can't just move away a little bit and expect to not get hit.

I'm pretty sure the actual place it will hit is decided when the missle enters the map. Obviously it moves very fast, so just moving a bit and hoping it won't hit you won't work, you need to keep moving so that it won't.
It IS avoidable. Keep moving.
Does full speed on a road count as moving?

SUCH bullshit, ive had a croc church, that was moving at full speed get hit at 1/3 health and STILL died, i was moving at full speed when the ability first started, still hit me, no damaged engine or anything.
splash needs to be reduced, and it needs to be a T3.

He might've just gotten lucky with the minor drift it still seems like a close call.
Anyway, for every 1 video where it gets dodged I'm sure there's 10 more where it doesn't get dodged despite moving away at full speed. Which only leads to the assumption that it's an inconsistent ability.

This thing is really not as big a deal as you guys are making out.
I've never been hit by it tbh.
I dont expect my Jumbo with 30%+ health while moving not to blow up every time its called in. So far 4:4. Not counting the rest of the moving vehicles, some on roads full speed, that didnt make it.
Kind of cheap how all you have to do is spot a target and call in an off map that does a good job of vet hunting a tank for you without the need of pursuing it.

Considering it does 250-300 dmg per shot, with a splash radius of 7, and all the way out at 7 thats 0.5 dmg for 125-150 dmg per hit 7 units away, thats a way too excessive for splash.

Radius should be lowered to 1.5/3/5 and dmg should be 0.75/0.5/0.25
Ability is already powerful considering you can call it on a repairing vehicle and you get a guaranteed 250-300 dmg, regardless of how much it drifts.

well yeah, you were turning your tank at the moment the rocket locked on, reducing the distance traveled from the lock on point to your tank on impact.
It would be useless if we nerf it. you won't be able to hit it ever then.

Yeah apparently a croc already moving before its even called on is not enough I guess. Concidering how far it was from when the offmap was called on regardless of it turning or not apparently thats not enough.

Erm, by that logic most off-maps and even grenades are useless because, you know, you don't actually ever hit anything with them if the player on the receiving end is fast enough to react. Which is how it's supposed to be.

I HAD UNITS THAT WERE ALREADY MOVING
still get hit. if i knew how to do these video things i totally would. im stating the facts. i know how to TRY to dodge it. we all know about the orange circle, EVERYONE has pointed that out. we have like what, 80% of people saying they have done all sorts of things to dodge it, and still get hit and take severe damage. ive dodged them and taken minor damage (10% on an m10) but the point is it ALWAYS connects, there's always some kind of splash, and that's the issue.
Also Jack it's a T2, totally silly.
