Hotchkiss Balance

Hotchkiss is cheap, easy to get infantry, and tanks & mobility is best.

need to re-balance on hotchkiss, srsly.

increase pop or increase Pool may solution.

Oops just noticed hotchkiss was only 6 pool instead of 9.

Aside from that, what hotchkiss is this about?

and the Hotchkiss is a light vehicle, which moves faster than a jeep Undecided

and it cannot be penetrated by (HMG team) armor piercing rounds because it's a light tank. Hotchkiss needs three shots to kill M10, M10 needs 3 shots to kill Hotchkiss... but Hotchkiss does not have "failshots-like M10", so if u have bad luck. Hotchkiss can easily kill M10 if allies player does not deal adjusted damage by using HVAP-Rounds of T4.

PLZ

Simply adjust pop back to 9 and we all are satisfied again.

The Hotch penetrates, but deals little real damage. M18 is as fast as a Hotch, and has longer range, sight, and a better gun.

Did not notice any symbol on the hotchkiss in the attached replay... but maybe it was that way and you simply don't see the ability due to its passiv-ness

APCR is passive.

And there is no reason for the Hotchkiss to have its pop increased, nor undergo any other nerf, if anything, it's underpowered.

actually i did not wanted to reply to this failthread because to call the hotchkiss op is just ridicules

pop of upgunned is 8 you fail noobz and its good vs armor but completely fails against inf

non upgun is 6 pop and its significantly weaker than an m8 or staghound

this thread is actually really "für die rosette"

Didn't I make a thread to buff the hotch a long time ago?

Everyone said "no no its perfectly fine, nothing underpowered here"

Anyways Hotchupgrun does have very high pen, it also has low dmg and is non-pop efficient like all LVAT assets. You need multiple tetartches/hotchupgun to actualy take a big target down before his support comes.

But the big advantage those units have is speed. Gotta make use it.

Can u please post some pics of an upgunned and -on the other side- not upgunned Hotchkiss.

I have some problems to identify them in a few seconds.
I do not even know if the one in my replay was upgunned or not... but from seeing it penetrate my upgunned Sherman i'll bet on being "upgunned".

And yes I know I could simply do me a new PE company, which I most likely will do later on.
