Asymetric warfare has always functioned like that, just like every other assault type ability.

If you dont touch it, it goes on forever. It needs to be redone, so dont be an asshole about it, thats all I am saying.

With Panda, it's not a case of 'Oh nice, bug report, hope it gets fixed.' It's a case of 'Yeah, he's probably been exploiting it for days since speaking up about it, minimum. He's probably gonna keep exploiting it until next patch too.'

If anything, he's teaching people that it's fine to exploit bugs you find and hush up about it until it's convenient for you - Worst your looking at is a slap on the wrist which you can promptly ignore after a day or so.

i have got to say, nothing against panda, but i find this totally true with him, anytime i play with him or against him, there's always something he's doing, that you damn well know is a bug or something that is behaving the way its not supposed to. EVERY time it seems. I think he should just be on the dev team, i dont know what he does, but he ALWAYS knows when there is something behaving wrong, like he reads every line when there is an update and goes AHAH! put him on the dev him and put his ass to work i say, because he's so good at it! hes kind of like puddin in the sense that he brings these things to the fore front. im not mad about his techniques either, but it is off putting playing with him, especially since he always plays under smurf names so you dont know what you are getting into.

but as far as this bug goes, i thought it was funny when i was playing with a british player and every time i went to his ccs it was healing, i was naive enough to think "oh what a nice cw player, he activates it anytime my troops come over!" hahah.

I'm telling you in this case the bug is 100% genuine. This is evident in the fact that he wasn't doing it all game.

i feel like groundfire and brn assumes the recent stiff with panda to be a special case and thats the only reason anyone could be aggrevated and unfairly so,

but its the norm that some bugged ass shit is supporting pandas endeavours, not the exception. last week i was fighting off RR+lmg spam from panda on the same ab squads, did he report that? n0pe.  

as you can see he from hicks and spinn, panda has a very dodgy rep when it comes to stuff like this, so there's plenty of reason to assume that panda would have spammed assault if he wanted to by *acting himself*

in this case he basically abused by doing nothing, unless the next proverbial slimeball that's gonna be coughed up is that it was "normal" for his AB to do this. "Sure my ability is making me do something retardedly OP, im just gonna sit here and pretend nothing is happening"  

cheating by neglecting to act is not that far from acting to do it

but i guess eirr has a crush for panda, just lend us others the same margin of error allright? when my hetzer shows up with a flamethrower or a shrek  attached to it
