Recently got a new graphics card and after installing the drivers for it, it makes me PC go super duper slow, like literally the mouse cursor will move one pixel every 5 seconds, anybody know why?

Not very, I restarted and it runs fine during startup, but once it gets to the logon screen you can hear something inside the machine slowly whine away until it becomes almost silent.

"Not very" isn't helping very much. Numbers would help. What it sounds like from my very rudimentary analysis is that your power supply may have trouble handling the new graphics card if it was left un-upgraded, and that may be causing heat issues.

It was something to do with the driver slowing down the hard drive.

Don't know why, but uninstalled it and it works now.

I just had an erection
