ok,how stupid is that it dies to a single m8 mine? It already is enough UP,now I find out that it just dies for 35mun  Roll Eyes ...why even bother with it,another nail to puma coffin...

Teller mine for T1 unlock and 100% more price does only 150 more dmg than m8 mine.

mines do x2 dmg vs us/wm halftracks, pumas and all units with m8 armor.

which is probably balanced in vcoh.
but in eir? idk.

Puma has about 42.74% chance to solely die from a M8 mine actually. (if my speculation on how fail relic rgd's work are correct)

And as leophone said m8 also takes 2x dmg from mines.

I assume the reason for increased dmg is to ensure that light vehicles are punished even more for speeding into the enemies mined flanks.

And actually usually the teller mine does 210 more dmg vs vehicles then the M8 mine. And the reason for it also costing so much is because it only blows up on vehicles in addition to the dmg.

If it destroys engine of a light vehicle then it puts it to 5%, ergo it can also kill it when no 5% crit is applied.

The bigger questions is why does a hellcat have a faster rate of fire then a 50 mm puma? To me this is pretty damn stupid.

M10 does too. Don't forget, the Hellcat is an M10 with about 80% the Penetration.

Now that I think about it, Shermans might too...

Teller Mine Does 500-400 dmg.

M8 Has 300 health and teller does 2x dmg to it
T-17 has 350 health.
M-10 has 400
M-18 has 400
M-3 Halftrack has 315 and teller does 2x dmg to it.
Bren 215
Staghound 450
Stuart 300
Tetrarch 300

these are all allied vehicles that have a very high chance of death when striking a teller.

So, let's see the M8 Mine

150 damage

does 2x dmg to puma and halftrack
Puma has 310 health, halftrack 315...

so there's no one a puma can die to a single m8 mine.

btw, Sherman and 50mm puma have same ROF, puma has 6-5 and sherman 6-6., m8 is 7-7

sooooo...

Teller mines need to be debuffed or allies mines need to be buffed up.

---OR---

Set it so mines do minimum damage to non infantry but destroys tank and vehicle crits, like Engine, Main Gun, Tracks, or secondary weapons.

Tellers are fine in all fairness... If you trip on one of those monstrosities, then it's your own damned fault for not bringing a minesweeper or sacrificial Riflemen.

I say this while having god knows how many Pershings trip on these little bastards... T_T

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

which ones? the m8 is normally 150 and t-17 175, but they get automatic upgrades which double their health right?

and you have to be in red to have a red hp crit?

i can say the same thing to some axis players fussing about m8's mines. The thing is, if your'e axis and you see an m-8 you can reliably say "there's a good chance there is an m-8 mine out there" but for the allied side you dont know there's tellers until you see one being planted, destroy it accidentally or hit one.

How can riflemen find teller mines?

Bit of a brain fart, whoops.

Still, apply sacrificial Riflemen anyhow. Why? Because you can.

Or, replace sacrificial Riflemen with sacrificial Jeeps.

If you don't bring minesweepers to a game its your own fault. Should have at least 2 per company or artillery to clear routes.
