Make high lvl teams loose pps and 20% xp from all their units against noobie teams each time they loose, done, problem fixed, they'll think twice before retreating their vetted units early at least and give the noobies a chance to weaken their companies :p. Sensible stuff back from when he cared, while the specific idea is not so useful there used to be more vocal opinions on preventing people who have poor win/loss ratios from being stacked by better accounts/players |

I'd even go so far as to say 90%, in reality nothing has changed. The players who have a sense of honor or play for fun play fair games regardless, while those who play to win still stack games. A noble endeavour, but the outcome was unfortunately predictable.
