Where did everyone go? Now that the hype over skyrim has died down, why doesnt everyone play BF3 once in a while? Sad to say that I honestly had more fun in BF3 fucking around with lionel, mal, and etc then playing EiR. Is anyone planning to play BF3 again in the near future?

Can we avoid the smartass comments? It's christmas for god's sake, and I'm too tired to find any memes or trololololo bs funny.

Seriously not much to do in skyrim anymore.

-massacre a town, yet people don't fear you for some reason
- Kill your 2904th dragon
- Go through Dungeon #302 and get amulet of 40% derping even though your enchanting is so good you can make amulet of 100% derping yourself
- Try to craft better armour even though you surpassed the damage reduction cap by 200+ points
- Realize that light armour is actually better endgame because of the reduction cap
- Do another quest and get a useless elven sword of failing
- Collect brooms

Thats all thats left to do in skyrim.

SWTOR came out. That's where I've been. Though my love for BF3 hasn't lessened any... it's just taken a back seat to my Sith Marauder story.

Incase you didn't realize smithing, enchanting and pickpocket are completely gamebreaking so if you max them everything will be easymode. The game can last for a long time provided you don't exploid these simple game mechanics.

Ok proofs the game has flaws, and inorder to get more out of the game I shouldn't use the 3 OP items, and "getting more out of the game" isn't really "getting more out of the game" The dungeons aren't any better they just last longer due to me not 2 shotting everything.

Same can be said for almost any game. Every game (At least every SP game) has a formula which is always going to be instant win. Say in a game like Dark/Demons souls, if you know you need 50 strength to wield the best weapon in the game, you rush to get 50 strength. Once you know how bosses move and what attacks they have (relevant to any RPG, action game), you can beat them without taking a hit.

In Baldurs Gate, once you get Horrid wilting on 2 mages you can beat everyone in 2 seconds.

Anyway, Skyrim is okay.. I had to force myself to rush through to the end and finish it. Initially it was impressive, dynamic and fun, but then after 10-20 hours you realise that there isn't really anything that you haven't done in Oblivion before, NPC dialogue gets stale (arrow to the knee for the 100th time!). The game really suffers from combat that is way too simple. Deadly Reflex mod for Oblivion was perfect, they really need to introduce something like that into Skyrim.
