Please, for the sanity of myself and the productiveness of your games:
If you are US Infantry, bring at least 1 triage.
If you are US AB, get the medic
If you are brits, have at least 2 Casualty collection stations (they're cheap)
If you play Scorched earth, have 2 healcars
If you play Luft, have 2 medic pack drops
If you play defensive, get the damn medbunker

A better tip would be; open your ports and disable your firewalls. I'm seeing NAT errors everywhere.

triage is good for a small number of units if game is not fast
like snipers, and at guns mainly
sometimes RR ABs or Rangers but thats it
and i hardly eat nebelwerfers cos i don't even have a single in any of my companies
furthermore i don't care about vet what i field is meant to die except its kinda obvious that the unit doesn't do anything anymore
and davids triages are a whole different storry because he has increased range and healing rate and "spams" them together with riflespam placed on frontlines trying to fight in range of his super triages
totally different from people building a triage way back and keep sending low value units to them after they took one hit
