The same reason people don't rob banks all the time. You worry about the consequences. Right now, in Africa, there are very few consequences to doing whatever you want to do if you have enough guns. |

Actually AMPM this just isn't true. You step up to those types of measures and the same people will rise to bat except they will fight a million times harder, preform acts like chopping off of hands to keep it in the dark and they know that they will always have loyal men (and not necessarily un-trained) to back them. The lure of owning your own country is worth the risk to people like that, never forget that many of them have fought there way to the top at risk of death already (and a much more painful one then a hit-squad) The reason people don't rob banks, is not because of the consequences lol. Its because most banks these days carry limited money (in comparison to before) and require a lot more effort and time then they used to. It just comes down to the time it tanks to get any real money from a bank is to great and the cops will be able to get there in time, and the only way to successfully rob a bank is to escape before they arrive. Lets simplify if someone put one bullet in a revolver and spun the chamber, offering you one million dollars to pull that trigger once and if they were still standing to walk away most people would take it. |

Its cheaper to deploy kill teams to hunt assholes than to try and better people that dont want to improve.
If you just shot warlords as soon as they appeared it would be a pretty good deterrent to not be a dick.
