okay,how come that when they reached 0 pop they got timer,but in our game,when we got 0 pop,it was automatically game over,no timer,no nothing + enemy didnt had units at all?

Don't forget that if your pop hits 15, you instantly lose.
So if you hit 15 pop and the timer says around 3 min to cap territory back... By the time that timer hits the ground, you've ran out of time to retreat after losing due to low pop.
