This thread is going to be posting and getting ideas for units(tank wise) i am starting modelling as soon as the exporter work correctly. i am almost done with my second model but here is the first

Its a Alligator Amphibious Transport For allies obviously.

I even have pictures. If anyone else has any Model experience i would be happy if you would help me out.  i will update this in a couple of days when the next model is close to finish but try not to get off track please.





Any hints tips or advice?. i know i am going to add wheels.

what am i seeing here night rain is Alot of the same tank over and over again. the excelsior looks like a churchill/ cromwell machine all the rest look the same despite some minor tweaks.

Not really your missing the super pershing the M3 grant.the black prince,t28,t29,m22 Locust,A39 Tortoise. Grizzly tank.
Sure a few of them saw battle only a maximum of 5 times but still.and in the modelling the Cruiser tanks are far to easy to model goodness me they are, took me some 6 hours to do the excelsior draft.



still got to smooth it out and add all the finer details.

Well it is hard since no one seems to know anything even google has no idea how to make animation or even remotly help. and model exporter seems to be broken.

Why not working together with other COH Mod-Teams?
The MC-Mod has a awesome Javelin Team Animation, so it's obvious that they have some dudes which are doing this. Maybe
it's possible to get some help from them.


It might be two different mods, but the skills of the mod team could add each other.

Maybe they are nice people, maybe they'll think holy shit, we could help another mod out with what we've done and have two epic mods in circulation. Moar players for everyone!

Or shit, we have a metric ton of mappers in comparison to coders... Judging by how few maps they have for MC, I'd say they are either lacking mappers or are a bit strict. EiRR has a staggering amount of maps in the mod as it stands without any new ones in production, maps which could easily be converted with permission I'd assume.

Which brings me to the point of, Demon, why you be so hostile for?

There has been lots of examples of cross mod helping in the past Demon. None of the mods are being done for profit, and that usually removes any excuse for over protectiveness.

We cant even get regular updates from our current devs due to them being busy, and you are expecting some un releated mod, out of the goodness of their hearts to help us? no

I can model. I'm pretty crap at animation though. I'm clueless on what is necessary for importing into COH and all of that. I usually just use 3ds max or maya.

I don't know whether you noticed, but the closest mod to us happens to have a history of bad blood making relations tense at best where sharing is concerned.

No such history exists between us and MC.

Lack of updates from our devs is out of choice. I'm pretty sure the community would get bored with regular updates along the lines of 'Nothing new' or 'Tweaked a line of code or two - Nothing that has any feasible impact yet'.

Oh, and that would be 'Touché'.

Seriously though, who the hell rammed a stick THAT far up your arse?
