EiRR doesn't work in French, you can't tell gender. Thats why when using French to discuss EiRR you actually have to switch to German for the sentence.

Yes if it was a properly-done sentence it would indeed be J'aime EiRR. However as a rule of thumb for objects where the gender is either unspecified or unkown, convention says you should use le, French is a bit sexist like that. Either way, the initial sentence would be incorrect regardless, as it would have to be spelled J'aime l'EiRR, considering the object begins with a vowel.
