I don't know where the 'hardapping is BAD for balance' argument came from. Hell, I use it in my mod, it's used in other professional grade mods such as BKmod and EF and even vCoH with units like the Callie. Heck, we have a cap for the KT and JP. Hardcapping is effective and absolute. I have 4. FOUR. Freaking Jumbos in my Infantry Company, with 16 rifles and a crap ton of support weapons piled on top of that. That's some rediculous crap, and some players can afford to replace all of those riflemen with LMG rangers.

+1 Mal, use hardcaps. Sparingly, but use them.

hardcaps are retarded.  theres a reason everyone rebelled against weapons cache.  It WILL happen again if you try to put in weapons cache.  The company builds are already restrictive enough (too restrictive to some) with pool

The stuhs are broken. they are so broken you can take 2 in a company and it just makes me not want to play. its just simple gameplay why do u need to be scared of atgs? just hit once with stuh move up. the only thing to counter it is  TD and more then likely they will have schreks next to them which with a stuh alpha strike tanks.

Change heavy support to be like fatherland defense. Instead of simply buffing all support weapons, it allows for you to purchase specific "heavy support" weapons, which would be more expensive. These should also probably cost more pool. I love heavy support, but spamming so-called "kch hmgs" in hordes, so that an assaulting ranger squad gets cut down to 1 man (even with thompsons) is pretty lame.

Also I think that moving while repairing should go away forever. We should still allow fire and rotate while repairing, but getting rid of mobility will force players to take better care of their armored units. Units like m8's and t17s for example will still be useful, but a player will not be able to just cap-and-kill while repairing. You carefully scout, assault, maybe plant mines, and then retreat to repair and go out again.

I would like to see the 25% rate of fire by terror and terror sprinting sniper something needs to be done about that shit.

Doesnt the axis sniper already fire faster then the allied one?.  if not is fires way faster now. something is wrong when a sniper can sprint away from jeeps and we all know jeeps are inferior then bikes. also mp44 are batshit insane.

By a fair bit. It's mostly noticed when you fire alot of shots in a short space of time. The Axis Rifle is a Gewher 43 and holds 10 rounds. The M1903 holds 5. You have to reload more often. Then the Axis one cooldown faster and doesn't have pesky wind down

Allied support crews have, from what I can tell, 55 health per man for the MG and Mortar.

The ATG has 70 health per man.

Axis Sniper has a major advantage over the Allied one due to increased RoF.

5.5 - 7.5 cooldown for Axis.

6.0 - 7.5 cooldown for Allied, the Allied Sniper also has 1.3 second wind down after firing.

That makes for a near 2 second advantage for the Axis when it's put together.

For extended firing, the Allied Sniper has a 5 round mag and a 3 second reload whilst the Axis Sniper has a 10 round mag and a 2 second reload, making attrition favour the Axis Sniper as well as short-time DPS.

Now consider that all non doctrinal support weapons have equal amounts of crew, the RoF advantage makes the Axis Sniper shine. A lot.

I mean I know Obama was the first one in EiR to get a card. and tbfh the Race card is pretty OP. but Romney has the K.K.K., those guys seem to camo anywhere. So OP units from both sides.
At the end of the day, however, stormtroopers finally got the anal invasion with a cactus they have richly deserved for years.

doesn't allied sniper have longer range which makes for safer/easier shooting?
