Best idea for new type of doctrine buff

Doctrine bonuses that give temporary range buffs, but not all the time.

Meh, better as an unlock ability then if it's on activation.

this is not a good idea. Range buffs in any form should be banned.

wasn't this from someone who wanted tommys to get an ability called hold the line where they would be immobile but would gain range and accuracy? i think that would be fantastic imo.
