Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Veteran here. Really loving it, waiting for the online part to be accessible though since singleplayer isn't really my thing. But I've been checking the classes and they all look pretty appealing, probably maining an engineer (cannon fuck yea) or berserker first. Also Quite impressive.

playing single player, lots of fun! it isnt too hard to look past the art style once you start playing, it just feels right, and you really do feel like you're playing a diablo sequal, i like the way things are laid out. i started the eng, i like having me an gang when i fight, and ive always loved mauls, so he kind of feels like a druid from DII to me, which was my favorite class. Also seems like there are quite a few build types you can do. eng is also like a paladin with the shield bash.
also i like having a pet that i don't have to micro, no potions or anything, just feed it fish sometimes =D
i think with this art style it also lets younger kids get into it, which is good for them you know.

There's so many different paths for the engineer to choose from, it's crazy. Currently I have a level 11 berserker, pretty fun gameplay though I'm having a lot of trouble staying alive against big packs.
